"The Stuff That Dreams Are Made Of"

I just finished watching "The Maltese Falcon" and it was amazing! It's now one of my favorite classic films. I am a fan of Film Noir mostly, and this was a really great example of that genre. The only thing I hate about older movies is the blatant racism and sexism throughout. I try and think of it as a look into the past though so I don't go insane!! ANYWAY, the movie was great and I got a lot of knitting done while I watched. I give it 5 stars!

On a side note: I wish people still wore hats all the time :(

  2. An old movie can beat half the crap they make nowadays by a mile. I'm glad someone else agrees with me!!

  5. I don't think that things should be totally politically correct because you can't ignore the past and it's necessary for art and literature to be able to talk about those things.

I haven't seen The Thin Man and I'll be sure to! Thanks for the recomendation!
