Apparently, Norm Coleman is challenging Al Franken's win in the Minnesota Senate race recount in court. Considering that he won by a rather small margin I do not believe that it's completely out of order. However, Coleman said that Franken's win was an "artificial lead" and that they would "take whatever legal action (is) necessary to remedy (it)". That may be going a bit far Coleman. Last time I checked it hasn't been the Democrats that have been fudging up the numbers- anyone remember the 2000 or '04 elections?
